Success only happens for people who make time for it.

Gretchen has the perfect real estate prescription for real estate investing moms.

There are different strokes for different folks, and many career-minded professionals are learning how to invest in real estate to gain an economic advantage.

Everybody doesn’t want to escape their jobs; some people merely want to make the finances they need to chase their dreams.

Gretchen is a 41-year-old pharmacist with a passion for helping people. “My job is not about making money; it’s about helping people,” she said. “I could leave my job at this point in my life, but I enjoy where I work and care about the customers.”

Success Demands Hard Work

“I was thinking of ways to make extra money on the side without taking away time from my family,” she said. “I also want to be able to help with my husband’s business.”

With 14 years of marriage, she has five children with her husband, Dino, and three additional stepchildren. The Patriot Football Fans live in Chesapeake, Virginia, where their kids are involved in various activities.

As a result, Gretchen maintains a nonstop schedule.

“Every day is a blur because I try to fit in so much,” she said. “My kids are involved in football, boxing, dancing, and my 4-year-old tags along with me everywhere I go.”

Yet, nothing stopped Gretchen from registering with the Home Flipping Workshop to learn how to invest in real estate. “I know real estate can be a lot of work,” Gretchen explained. “But I was hoping to start a business that wouldn’t take away quality time from my family.”

Initially, she started following in the footsteps of a friend that successfully transitioned from the medical field to becoming a realtor. In early 2021, she obtained her real estate license before realizing the time required to succeed in that industry. Instead, she wanted to do something more passive to support her husband, who recently opened his pharmacy.

The Home Flipping Workshop is the Perfect Solution

While watching HGTV, she gained an added dose of inspiration.
“I thought to myself, that sounds like a great idea for something I can do on the side, Gretchen said.

In May, she saw Glenn and Amber Schworm promoting their 3-day Home Flipping Workshop on Facebook.

Members were revolving through the monthly classes learning everything from A-Z about real estate investing, wholesaling, and flipping houses.
It was an extremely inexpensive course for her to learn how to find, fund, fix, flip, and hold properties.

“And it was extremely affordable,” Gretchen said.

She took the course and realized this was the specific program she was looking for to earn passive income.

“This year, I purchased my first single-family home as an investment property,” Gretchen said. “It’s a really cute bungalow that needed a lot of work.”

She got excellent references for contractors and did a lot of demolition work with her husband and friends.

“It took about six months to complete the renovation,” she explained. “Afterward, I was surprised when I got six offers and closed within 30 days.”

A Proven Real Estate Investing Formula

Gretchen broke down the numbers to show readers how she made $59,000 on her first deal less than a year after signing up with VestorPro and the Home Flipping Workshop.

“I learned a lot from this experience,” she said. “A month later, I purchased another home, hoping to put it on the market by the end of January.”

She says the key to this flipping business is knowing the VestroPro formula and how resale values work.

“It just clicked,” she said. “I feel like this is what I’m supposed to be doing.”

Securing her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005 was not a waste of time. “I love my job,” she said.

Now she’s discovered her niche in real estate investing, allowing her to make a boatload of passive income to fulfill her personal goals.

“I couldn’t have done it, and I wouldn’t be where I am if I didn’t attend the Home Flipping Workshop,” Gretchen said.

Success Is Only For Some

With five children from ages 4-25 juggling pool parties, beach days, family socials, traveling, sports, and Disney trips, she chiseled out the time needed to excel.

“My house is chaotic,” Gretchen said. “I’m not a supermom; I just do what most moms do.

Gretchen is ambitious, hard-working, loving, passionate, and caring. So, she chose to remove downtime from her schedule.

Success is only for some. It’s for those willing to overcome limitations and obstacles and achieve against all odds.
