How Real Estate Investing Empowers Women
Mariana is a 36-year-old traveling nurse who knew nothing about real estate investing at the start of 2022.
Now, she is going places – literally – and her itinerary will not include a work schedule.
Recently, she flipped her first house and made a profit of $50,879.
“I used the resources provided by Glenn and Amber through VestorPRO,” she explained. “At first, I thought it was a scam when I saw it on Facebook, but after researching reviews and success stories, I signed up for the 3-day $59 Home Flipping workshop.”
After attending the Home Flipping workshop, Mariana says she learned everything from basic home buying tips to running a real estate business.
She resides in Houston, Texas, but purchased her first flip in her hometown of Irvington, New Jersey.
While watching HGTV, she gained an added dose of inspiration.
“I thought to myself, that sounds like a great idea for something I can do on the side, Gretchen said.
In May, she saw Glenn and Amber Schworm promoting their 3-day Home Flipping Workshop on Facebook.
Members were revolving through the monthly classes learning everything from A-Z about real estate investing, wholesaling, and flipping houses.
It was an extremely inexpensive course for her to learn how to find, fund, fix, flip, and hold properties.
“And it was extremely affordable,” Gretchen said.
She took the course and realized this was the specific program she was looking for to earn passive income.
“This year, I purchased my first single-family home as an investment property,” Gretchen said. “It’s a really cute bungalow that needed a lot of work.”
She got excellent references for contractors and did a lot of demolition work with her husband and friends.
“It took about six months to complete the renovation,” she explained. “Afterward, I was surprised when I got six offers and closed within 30 days.”

“The market dumped on its head, so I had to be patient,” Mariana said. “I hit some bumps along the way with renovations and items stolen from the property.”
She faced multiple challenges, but her VestorPro real estate investing coach, Chris, kept her motivated when she felt like giving up.
“Ignorance is bliss for sure,” Mariana said. “I had a good attitude because I didn’t know better.”
She succeeded despite describing several factors working against her:
She said, “I knew I needed some guidance.” After securing the support, education, and resources needed, Mariana picked out all the designs for her first renovation and added a domestic touch to her ElitePadd property.
As a traveling nurse, she can select various locations to work nationwide, but Mariana dreams of a day when traveling is about pleasure only.
“I love traveling,” she said. “Visiting the Cayman Islands was one of my most fun girls’ trips.”
It included a personal chef, a private yacht party, mixed drinks, spotting sting rays and starfish, water slides, and pool parties.
Also, Mariana’s travel experiences include camelback riding in Dubai, sightseeing in Greece, and tasting Turkish delights in the Izmir Province.
“I’ll try almost anything once,” she added.

“Traveling is about tasting authentic foods, visiting historic landmarks, experiencing excursions,” she said.
Mariana plans to use real estate investing, ElitePadd, LLC, as a springboard for skydiving, attending more concerts, visiting theme parks, and enjoying family reunions, cruises, and comedy shows.
Flipping houses is her escape plan to achieve the financial freedom needed to take her ultimate girls’ trips to Africa, Thailand, Maldives, Bora Bora, and Italy.
